He is survived by: his brother Dennis (Sheryl (Chute)); his niece Heidi Chuback (Jason); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Reese, Grady and Kate; his niece Kelly; his nephew Travis (Robyn); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Rory, Quinn and Beau.
