It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilhelmina Verhoeven of Portage la Prairie, Manitoba, who passed away on April 4, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Henk; her parents, Nicholaas Bruinooge and Suzanna Bruinooge; and her siblings, Daan, Jan, Jannet and Henry.

She is survived by : her children, Suzanne Rutledge (Allen) of Morden, MB and Henry Verhoeven (Stephanie) of Portage; and her brothers, Foort (Ria), Johan (Joyce), Casey (Susan), Bill and Nick (Hilda). She is also survived by many sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and friends.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church (17 Royal Rd S, Portage la Prairie, MB R1N1T8).
