He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lockhart and Loretta Maude Lockhart; his children, Sharon Corinne Sheppard (JC) and Richard Allan Lockhart (Patsy); his wife Norma Jean Lockhart; and his sons-in-law, JC Shepard and Melvin Brent Walker.
He is survived by: his children, Barry Vernon Lockhart (Carol), Keith Cameron Lockhart (Dawna), Debra Jean Walker (Brent), Warren James Lockhart (Shelley) and Robin Lynn Lobreau (Danny); his friends, Don, Elaine Ready, Alvin, Florence Bernie, Phil and Gordon Cockran; William.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Res Centre (144 3rd St, Reston, MB R0M1X0).
