He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Neely and May Neely; and his siblings, Brian Neely and Sharon McMahon (Neely). He is survived by: his wife Debbie Neely; his daughters, Laura (Thomas Carter) and Jennifer (Keith Van); his grandchildren, Aidan, Elijah, Samuel and Finnley; and his daughter Rivers.
