He is survived by: his wife Sonia; his children, Cynthia Long (Chris), Christine Rogers and Kurtis Tomchak (Amanda); his grandchildren, Victoria, Cameron, Ethan, Ashley, Brooklyn, Taylor and Jackson; and his great grandchild Brynnlee.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Saint Theresa Catholic Church (3597 Main St, West Saint Paul, MB R4A4A7).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Don's memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
