He was predeceased by: his parents, Parania Blocka of Rosthern, Saskatchewan and Dmytro Blocka; his wife Elsie May Grace (Smith); his sons, Wayne and Allen; and his siblings, Mary Sereda, Ann, John, Steve, Nicholas, Michael Blocka of Saskatoon, SK and Ernie Harden of Maple Creek, SK..
He is survived by: his sister Julia of Maple Creek, SK. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Brandon Cemetery.
