It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Aurore Pinette of Sainte Rose du Lac, Manitoba, born in Torquay, Saskatchewan, who passed away at the age of 96, on February 2, 2024. She was predeceased by : her children, Remi, Stella and Jerome; her children-in-law, Leonard Knezacek, William Spence, Lucien Soucy, Rex Drabble and Elizabeth McDonald; and her great grandchild Jerome Cote.

She is survived by : her children, Albert (Linda), Florence, Claude (Viola), Rosanne, Gilles (Linda), Norman, Noellie (Ken Wiebe), Solange and Guy; and her husband Jean Pinette. She is also survived by 36 grandchildren, 82 great and 30 great great grandchildren & their spouses.

A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, February 10th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Ste. Rose de Lima Roman Catholic Church (585 Central av, Ste Rose du Lac, MB R0L1S0). A burial will be held on Sunday, June 30th 2024 at the Ste. Amelie Cemetery.
