She was loved and cherished by many people including : her former life partner Adam Halliday (Al); her parents, Francis Wherrett and Letitia Wherrett; her siblings, Ellen, Mary, William Wherrett and Al Halliday; her husband Al Halliday; and her children, Margaret, Crawford, Winnipeg, Fort Frances and Dauphin.
Should friends so desire, donations in memory of Dorothy may be made to The Children's Hospital Foundation of Manitoba or Friends of Riding Mountain National Park.
