She was predeceased by: her parents, Pauline Dudar and Panko Dudar; her in-laws, Theodora and Nicholas Kuby; her siblings, Annie Kshywieski (Tony), Jean Mikolayenko (William), Mary Maryniuk (William), Olga Chunick (Peter), Nellie Bilous (Orest), Nettie Dudar, Edith and Bill Dudar (Irene); and her siblings-in-law, Betty Chomniak (Nick), Mary Stuhr (Vern), Alex Galay, Mike Kuby (Helen) and John Kuby (Dorothy).
She is survived by: her husband Victor Kuby; her children, Deborah Petrachek (Ray), Dennis Kuby (Faye), Boris Kuby (Debbie), Darryl Kuby (Donna) and Barb Drewniak (Ken); her grandchildren, Kyle Kuby (Stephanie), Troy Kuby, Kate-Lyn Drewniak (Mike), Blair Petrachek (Jamie), Kevin Drewniak, Garth Petrachek (Stephanie), Quintin Kuby (Madison), Ian Kuby and Christoper Kuby (Britt); her great grandchildren, Brynn, Beth, Harper, Vayda and Jalen; and her sister Helen Galay.
