She was predeceased by : her parents, Minnie Burchuk and Nick Burchuk; her siblings-in-law, Nick and Katie Prokopowich; her siblings, Anne, Mary and Alex; her siblings-in-law, Tony Stratuliak, Johnny Kolochuk, Lawrence Kostiuk, Matt Diduck, Russell, Walter Prokopowich, Marian Burchuk and Ursula Burchuk; and her nephew Dale Kolochuk.
She is survived by : her husband Boris Prokopowich; her daughters, Joanne Campbell (Gord) and Judith Williamson (John); her grandchildren, Ian (Talia), Katie, Grant (Jessica) and Eric (Kaitlyn); her great grandchildren, Charlie and Leo; her siblings, Bill, Peter (Gertie), Mike, Wally (Jean), Victoria and Olga; and her sisters-in-law, Olga, Wanda and Edna. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
