Barb Anderson wrote a sympathy message

“I am very sad to hear of Percy’s passing. I met him in 1976 in Vancouver and we kept in touch over the years but I lost contact about the time he moved back to Manitoba. A very gentle and caring soul. I would like to talk to one of his family if anyone would like to reach out. [email protected]. Sincerely Barb Anderson.”
