She was predeceased by: her husband Steve Sianchuk; her sons-in-law, Gary Klemick and Blair Moshansky; her parents, Nicholas Macksymchuk and Mary Macksymchuk; her siblings, Tom Zatylny, Nellie, Tony Wellis, Fred Macksymchuk, Ann (John Koversky), Tony Demchuk, Bill and Elsie (Wilk); and her brother-in-law Reg Dmytriw.

She is survived by: her children, Phyllis, John, Marian Moshansky, Janice Klemick and Lesia; her grandchildren, Shawna, Ryan Reid, Darcy, Sara, Michelle and Chris Campbell; her great grandchildren, Max, Noah, Rhett, London and Sonny; her sister Margaret Dmytriw; and her sister-in-law Anne Macksymchuk. She is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.

Those who wish to make memorial donations could do so to the Bishop Velychkovsky National Martyr's Shrine, where she was a volunteer for many years.
