He is survived by: his wife Bonita; his daughters, Melissa Kuziora of Sandy Lake and Kristin Kuzyk (Raymond) of Carberry; his grandchildren, Hazel and Evan; and his siblings, Raymond Lewandoski of Sandy Lake, Dennis Lewandoski (Skoran Artnuklan) of Sandy Lake and Gloria Campbell of Sandy Lake.
