He is survived by: his wife Wendy; his children, Marla (Jason), Shane (Vickie), Ryan and Amanda; his sister Cathy; his niece Christie; his nephew Barry; and his stepchildren, Chris (Shannon), Jen (Matt), Sara (Jim) and Heather (Chuck).
