He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Jane Orvis and Isaac Orvis; his former wife Helen Orvis (Vezina); his siblings, Joe, Ben, Richard, Reuben, Roy, Louis, Robert, Rose Anne and Mary Ellen; Doris Howell (Sabiston).
He is survived by: his wife Gail Jones; his children, Kim (Mary) and Derek; and his grandchildren, Marika and Nicole. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, as well as Gail's children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and multitudes of nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Friday, April 24th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Gilbart Funeral Chapel (309 Eveline St, Selkirk, MB R1A 1M8). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
