We bid farewell to Frederick Proden (Selkirk, Manitoba), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 6, 2025 at the age of 82. Frederick touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. In the sacred silence of farewell, Frederick is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Frederick's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Anne Prodan and Fred Prodan. He is survived by: his wife Lorna; his sons, Marcus and Todd (Kelsey); his granddaughter Ava; his siblings, Elsie and Don; and his sister-in-law Maxine (Don). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In appreciation of Fred's love of his four legged friends we ask that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Humane Society or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
