She was predeceased by: her parents, Evelyn and Nick. She is survived by: her husband Jack; her children, Adam, Kristy (Brittany) and Joshua; her sister Phyllis (Darlene); her nieces, Andrea and Tracy (Jason); her friends, Darlene, Cheryl, Jerry and Wendy; and her grandson Theo.
