He was predeceased by: his brother Jack. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his sons, Greg (Tanus) and Kevin (Brigitte); his grandchildren, Aleena (Andrew), Liam (Taylor), Colin (Jayne) and Eric; his great grandchild Henry; his niece Meagan; and his nephew Patrick.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Gilbart Funeral Home (309 Eveline St, Selkirk, MB R1A 1M8).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you help Jim give one final gift to his beloved wife, Carol. Donations in Jim's memory may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba to support individuals and families living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.
