She is survived by: her mother Gloria; her aunts and uncles, Shirley Herlick (Ralph), Wendy Gambrel (Brian), Randy Woloshyn (Joan), Darryl Woloshyn (Denise) and Kevin (Paula); her cousins, Terilyn, Russ, Jeff, Jason, Trevor, Bryce, Braeden, David, Kevin, Darren and Connor; Celeste Mohon and Jaylene Woloshyn.
One of Jaylene's items on her bucket list was a Disney Cruise and once the Covid Restrictions were lifted this dream was achieved.
