With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Douglas MacLeod (Selkirk, Manitoba), who passed away on March 15, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Olive (Thorvaldson); his siblings, Betty and Albert (Fern); his son John Wayne; his parents, Albert Lewis and Almira Ethel (Chambers); and his siblings, Jean (Isfeld), Joan (Page), James, Archie and Ed.

He is survived by: his children, Peggy (Ken Gibson), Karlene (Kent Johnston), Doug (Candace) and Ken (Desiree); his grandchildren, Josh (Allanna), Kyle (Beth), Derek (Steph), Brett (Caitlin), Mila (Gavin), Keaton (Candace) and Kiefer (Sasha); and his great grandchildren, James, Ian, Kaly, MacEverett, Madison and Jordyn. He is also survived by his family, friends.
