He is survived by: his wife Penny Thomas; his parents, Lori Cooke (Lorraine) and Ross Orvis (Mary); his mother-in-law Donna Thomas; his daughters, Candra and Evelynn; his grandmother Marlene Cooke; his granddaughters, Tiffany and Abigail; his stepchildren, Breanne (Shayla), Jerred (Chantel) and Ryan Spence; and his uncle Dwight Cooke. He is also survived by sisters and brothers in-law; many other aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
