He was predeceased by: his parents, Emilio Hernandez and Mercedes Hernandez; and his siblings, Leonila Flores, Ofelia Hernandez, Letitia Ramos and Mauro Hernandez.
He is survived by: his wife Julieta Hernandez; his daughter Michelle Hernandez (Garret); his grandchildren, Ari and Eden; and his niece Kathy (Paul). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
