She is survived by: her spouse Jerry Kaczmar; her daughters, Charlene, Carol (Jeremy) and Tammy (Tom); her grandchildren, Christopher (Brittany), Graham Cody (Jenny), Jordin and Colby; and her great grandchildren, Lily, Bella, Blair and Brynne.
