He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Jack; his children, Greg Jack (Jocelyn) and Colleen Quesnel (Corey); his stepchildren, Gaylene Bartel, Michael Arnott and Nicole Grant; his grandchildren, Emma, Ryan, Dean, Brad, Tanner, Serra, Andrea, Scott, Jack and Will; his great grandchildren, Madison, Mylah, Rilee and Ryder; his siblings-in-law, Glen Sulkers, Mark Bernard (Sharon) and Cathy Smaha; his nieces, Cindy, Jennifer and Nicole; his nephew Christopher; Sandra Blake (Bob).
