She was predeceased by: her father Peter Giesbrecht; and her daughter Joanne. She is survived by: her mother Agatha Giesbrecht (Reinke); her children, Louise, Galen Giesbrecht of Buhl, Idaho, Brian, Deb Duerksen of Elkton, Virginia, Rhonda and Matthew Penner of Kleefeld, Manitoba; and her siblings-in-law, Julie Giesbrecht, Joyce Friesen, Delores Giesbrecht, Marj Duerksen, Connie (Roy Penner) and Dalton (Joyce Duerksen). She is also survived by nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
