He was predeceased by : his daughter Marian; and his parents, Joseph and Maria. He is survived by : his wife Anna; his children, Kathy (James), Thelma (Robert) and Tommy; his grandchildren, Alexandria, Brandon (Kathy), Melissa (Marian), Madelyne and Gabriel (Thelma); and his great grandchildren, Karsyn (Alexandria) and Elliana (Melissa).

Viewing was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Birchwood Funeral Chapel (162 MB-52, Steinbach, MB R5G 1M1). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
