With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Helen Braun (Steinbach, Manitoba), born in Horndean, Manitoba, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 20, 2026 at the age of 89. She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Braun. She is survived by: her son John (Jane); her granddaughter Michelle; her daughter Katherine Harvey (Dave); her grandson Josh Harvey (Elise); her great grandchildren, Georgia and Theo; her granddaughter Shaun Coutts (Aaron); her great grandchildren, Davey and Reuben; her son Ken (Cheryl); her granddaughter Jessica Ehlers (Sam); her great grandchildren, Miles and Loch; her grandson Kris (Jocelyn); her great grandchildren, Everett and Sophia; and her siblings, John, Mary Giesbrecht (Bill), Tina Hiebert and Anna Peters. She is also survived by three children-in-law, five grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
