He is survived by: his wife Monique; his children, Dan (Kathy), Tracey and Chris (Leann); his grandchildren, Joel (Hannah), Caleb (April), Silas (Emilie), Morgan, Abby (Joseph), Lucas, Canaan and Azalea; his great grandchildren, Levi, Eliana, Jordan Douglas, Olive, River and Daisy; and his sister Kathy Jay. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
