She is survived by: her children, Carol and Andy (Shelley); her grandchildren, Mason, Madison, Mandy, Kyle and J. J.; her niece Shirley; her siblings, Joan and Lawrence; and her spouse Bohdan. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
