He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward Toews and Anna Toews; and his sisters, Norma and Irene. He is survived by : his wife Mildred; his children, Jennifer (Turner), Ciara, Kendra and Joanne (Brad); his grandchildren, Liam (Arizona) and Riley; and his siblings, Abe (Dorothy), Peter (Susan) and Anna Marie (Don). He is also survived by his daughters, sons in law and grandchildren.

Ken's strength and determination were evident in his battle with Covid last year.
