He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernice Huzel and Michael Huzel; his brother Lawrence; and his sister-in-law Joanne Huzel. He is survived by: his wife Maureen Huzel; his children, Christine Green (Brent), Michael Huzel (Edyta) and Greg Huzel (Chandra); his grandchildren, Ryan Miner-Green (Jayla) and Kylie Green; his children, Andrew, Mathew, Mishia Huzel, Carter and Quinn Huzel; his great grandchildren, Lennon and Sutton Miner-Green; and his sister Rozina Smith (Mark). He is also survived by several brothers and sisters-in-law and nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Birchwood Funeral Chapel (162 MB-52, Steinbach, MB R5G1Y1).
