It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laura Doerksen (Altona, Manitoba), who passed away on September 23, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Laura Doerksen to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by : her husband Diedrich Doerksen; her parents, Bernhard Hamm and Susanna Hamm; and her siblings, Willy, Mary, Margaret and Hilda.
She is survived by : her children, Judy (Paul), Ken (Leona), Greg (Janice) and Chris (Mike). She is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
She volunteered for many causes including canvassing for donations for many worthy and needy organizations as well as giving her time to the MCC and her church.
