She is survived by : her sister-in-law Dee Koop; and her stepchildren, Betty Hiebert (Ed), Thelma Friesen, Jake Goertzen (Marilyn), Peter Goertzen (Elayne), Judy Kientz, John Goertzen (Sonja), Victor Goertzen (Deborah), Gerald Goertzen (Sandy) and Dan Goertzen (Karen). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
