Phyllis Senkiw Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Phyllis Senkiw (Steinbach, Manitoba), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 4, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Phyllis may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Phyllis touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband Boris; her parents, Julius Ulasy and Helen Ulasy; and her siblings, Sabina, Lawrence, Adele and Eleanor.
She is survived by: her daughter Bev; her son-in-law Jake; her granddaughter Brittany (Andrew); her brother Eugene; and her siblings-in-law, Olive and Alvin. She is also survived by many family members, friends.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Birchwood Funeral Chapel (162 MB-52, Steinbach, MB R5G1Y1).
