He was predeceased by : his parents, Bernard Siemens and Tina Siemens; and his siblings, Myrtle, Elnora, Verna and Leonard.

He is survived by : his wife Ruth; his children, Robert, Beverly and Carolyn (Chris); his grandchildren, Luther, Rhiannon, Pierce, Thomas, Ellis and James; and his brother Dennis (Suzanne). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
