She was predeceased by : her husband Jac W. Peters; her parents, Jacob R. Barkman and Helena Barkman; her brothers, Harvey, Levi (Laura), Pete (Hilda), Gordon (Norma) and Lawrence (Doris); her brother-in-law Allen Lysack (Shirley); her sister Mintie (Bill Toews); and her sister-in-law Joanne Barkman.
She is survived by : her siblings, Laura Barkman, Hilda Barkman, Norma Barkman, Shirley Lysack (Allen), John Barkman (Marcia) and Betty Anne Funk; her children, Jane Duerksen (Ken), Alan Peters (Caroline Pon), Jackie Peters (Alex) and Curt Rempel; and her grandchildren, Ang Suderman (Joe), John Duerksen (Heidi), Kirk Duerksen (Alana), Rowan Rempel, Raina Friesen, Bronwyn Rempel, Kadri Rempel, Anya Peters and Hannah Peters. She is also survived by mom and dad.
