With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruby Victoria Steffan (Steinbach, Manitoba), who passed away on September 1, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Melvin; and her parents, Carl Topnik and Natalie Topnik. She is survived by : her children, Karen Neufeld (Don), Lori Kostyniuk (Brian) and Darrell (Carol); her grandchildren, Angela, Brandy (Bryan), Shawn, Ashley (Zach), Kayla, Ryan and Keri; and her great grandchildren, Hunter and Alyssa. She is also survived by three brothers and one sister.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Heart and Stroke Foundation or St. Paul's Lutheran Church Memorial Fund.
