It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Tesarski of Steinbach, Manitoba, born in Gardenton, Manitoba, who passed away on April 12, 2026, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his former wife Elsie Tesarski; his brother Tony Tesarski; and his parents, John Tesarski and Lena Tesarski. He is survived by: his wife Lily; his children, Dwayne Tesarski and Lisa Laidlow (Ian Laidlow); his stepchildren, Michelle Hiebert (Donny) and Pat Funk (Mireille); his grandchildren, Tevin Laidlow, Ella Laidlow, Tristan (Lycrecia), Kieran (Cas), Brayde (Tanis) and Taeghen (Graham); and his stepchildren, Daren, Keelan, Nixen and Carson. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
