He was predeceased by : his grandson Darcy Kehler; his siblings, Ruth Sapinsky and Wally; and his brothers-in-law, Hans Sapinsky, Henry Dueck and John Dyck.

He is survived by : his children, Jennie (Wes Kehler) and Vern Neufeld Redekop (Gloria); his grandchildren, Quinn Redekop, Michelle Kehler Woodward, Natasha Redekop, Lisa Hayden (Redekop) and Shaun Kehler; his great grandchildren, Ben, Linzi, Kiarra, Brooke, Maleana, Blaine, Clare, Lauren, Lily, Julian, Easton and Ella; his sisters, Lois Dyck and Helen Dueck; and his sister-in-law Chris Redekop.

“Dear Vern, Gloria, & family, Wes, Jenny & family, Aunt Helen and Aunt Lois ,. Uncle Bill will be fondly missed but we all know that his spirit is once again joined with Aunt Loreen and so many loved ones who have crossed already. I miss him already and mourn for him but take great comfort in knowing that he is where he would want to be. Hugs to everyone.”
