He is survived by: his wife Patty (Eales); his son Mark (Kim); his grandchildren, Seth (Clare) and Rachel Smith (Titus); his great grandchild Tabitha Rose Smith; and his sisters, Elaine Penner and Betty Eichhorst. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
