With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Grace Appleyard (Stonewall, Manitoba), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Grace left this world on August 8, 2025 at the age of 94, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Harvey; her children, Darlene and Brian; and her parents, Jim Millar and Agnes Millar.

She is survived by: her children, Bob, Dianne (Les), Audrey (Wayne), Betty, Lennie (Bunny), Gary (Colleen) and Gail; her daughter-in-law Janice; and her sister Bernice (Louis). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and 7 great great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Oak Point Hall.

“My condolences on the passing of Grace Agnes Appleyard. I found in her a caring neighbour, a kindly friend, a gentle guide, glowing with humour and generosity. I saw in Grace the warm heart of the Oak Point community, and was present when she deservedly cut the ribbon on the beautiful new Oak Point Community Center, rising like a Phoenix out of the ashes of the over 100 year old original buil, sadly burnt down. Rest in peace, dear Grace. May angels attend thee. Vicki Rempel, friend & neighbour”
