She was predeceased by: her parents, Elsie Pat and James Pat; her husband Ben Grose; her son Andrew Grose; and her grandson Steven Hodgkinson.

She is survived by: her sisters, Betty McFarlane (late Bob) and Jean Steeden; and her children, Sonya (Terry), Lynda (David), Heather, Patrick (Karin), Pamela (Dwight) and Peter (Carla). She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
