He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald MacKenzie and Lillian MacKenzie; and his grandmother Sarah Appleyard (Nana). He is survived by: his daughter Tammy MacKenzie of Ear Falls; his son-in-law Kevin; his grandsons, Wyatt and Nash; and his brother Don MacKenzie (Nancy) of Oakville, Ont..
