He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Ruyck and Clara De Ruyck; and his brother Frank De Ruyck. He is survived by : his wife Marlene; his children, Blain De Ruyck and Terri Lee (James); his grandchildren, Ray, Brittany and Clara; his siblings, Gerry De Ruyck (Marie-Paul) and Anita Holm; and his parents-in-law, Nicci De Ruyck and Laurent De Ceuleneer (Betty Ann). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
