He was predeceased by : his parents, Ernest and Bertha; his siblings, Florence (Orval), Robert and Sheldon; his brother-in-law Gordon; and his nieces, Diane and Darla.

He is survived by : his siblings, Gordon (Bonnie), Kenneth (Linda), Terrance, Fay (Dawson), Jean, Edwina (Delmar), Elizabeth (Wayne) and Elaine (Carman); his sister-in-law Annie; and his aunt Marg. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces, great nephews, and great nieces, as well as great-great nephews and nieces.
