She was predeceased by : her parents, Kosten Harasem and Dora Harasem; her husband Vernon Spivak; and her sisters, Marian Rubletz and Ruth Keller (Ben).

She is survived by : her children, Debra Widenmaier (Allan) of Swan River, MB, Sheldon Spivak of Kamsack, SK and Laureen Spivak of Kamsack, SK; her grandchildren, Keith Spivak (Megan Kaytor), Levon Clark and Cage Clark; and her sister Betty Kluk. She is also survived by her extended family and friends.
