She was predeceased by: her parents, Dmytro Maksymyk and Mary Maksymyk; and her siblings, Ann, Rose, Michael, Nettie, Leona, Steve, Joe, Paul and Nell.
She is survived by: her children, Chris (Gwen), Peggy (Alex Wozlowski), Jim (Ruth) and Nicholas; her grandchildren, Jenn (Dan), Jeff (Heather), Michelle (Ben) and Joel (Chelsea); her great grandchildren, Easton, Makayla, Liam and Emmett; and her husband Louis Kostuik.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the MacKenzie Funeral Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Lions Manor or a charity of your choice.
