She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Montgomery and Bessie Montgomery; her close friend Marcel Decock; her siblings, Keith Montgomery and Cathy Sveinson; and her brother-in-law Roy Sveinson.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Obirek (Roni) of Beausejour, MB, Wesley Beard (Vera) of Oakville, ON, Barry Beard (Laurie) of Moose Jaw, SK and Arron Beard of Grande Prairie, AB; her grandchildren, Charity, Craig, Taryn, Keenon, Roy, Blair and Wyatt; her great grandchildren, William, Kail, Axel, Tyson, Lawson, Theodore and Benjamin; and her sister Roberta Jones (Casey) of Winnipeg, MB. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Methven Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Wawanesa United Church (210 Main St, Wawanesa, MB R0K2G0).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Judy's memory to the Wawanesa Personal Care Home, Box 309, Wawanesa, MB R0K 2G0, or to a charity of choice.
