With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Dolenuck (West Saint Paul, Manitoba), who passed away on September 14, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Dolenuk and Anne Dolenuk; his brothers, John Dolenuck and Andy Dolenuk; his uncles, Nick, Tom and Mike Kulbaba; and his aunt Nellie Pleskacz.

He is survived by: his wife Olga; his daughters, Cindy Dolenuck (Orval Talbot) and Joann Milian (Dave); his grandchildren, Alexis, Brady Dolinski, Hailey and Hunter Milian; his grandmother Mary; his siblings, Margery Stefaniuk, Maurice Dolenuk and Lenard Dolenuck (Betty); his aunt Nellie Kulbaba; and his cousins, Gloria Bibby and Sandra Sawchuk. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Glen Eden Funeral Home (4477 Main St, West Saint Paul, MB R4A4A7).

Anne often referred to us as “The Bookends”. George’s Mom, Anne was my favourite. Now George will be reunited with Anne, his Mother and all those passed before him.
