She was predeceased by: her husband Maurice; her parents, James Waters and Annie Waters (Horner); and her brothers, David and Earl Waters.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Allen (Stan), David Duncan (Joan) and Craig Duncan (Jennifer); her grandchildren, James Allen (Tanya), Christopher Allen (Bailey), Miki-Rae Hanslip (Allan) and Meaghan Duncan; her great grandchildren, Kate, Nicole, Austin, Jolie, Isla, Doug, Eva and Fox; her great great grandchild Jasper; and her sister-in-law Deanna Waters.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Glen Eden Funeral Home (4477 Main St, West Saint Paul, MB R4A4A7).
